Big Changes at the Danish Athletic Club

According to the Home Reporter, there are big changes at Bay Ridge's last Scandinavian restaurant: the dining room at the 122-year-old Danish Athletic Club, at 735-42 65th Street.
The venerable club's president, Anne Mette Wisman, reported that the DAC has hired professional chef James Hotaling, whose resume includes the Sheraton Hotel, to head its kitchen team.
