Hallowe'en Party at Kelly's Tavern

Venerable dive Kelly's Tavern, at 9259 4th Avenue in Bay Ridge, will host a Hallowe'en Party on Thursday, October 30.

The party starts at 8 PM, with dancing, a DJ, a guest bartender, drink specials, and a costume contest.
