At 7:30 PM on Monday, November 24, in the basement meeting room at St. Ephrem's Rectory at 929 Bay Ridge Parkway in Dyker Heights, the Brooklyn Housing Preservation Alliance will convene to plan a town hall meeting in January, 2015 on illegal home conversions in Brooklyn.
