I originally labeled this building the Shore Hotel, which no longer exists, having fallen to Thor's bulldozers in 2010. Apologies for the mixup.
Below is a photo from the balcony of the abandoned Shore Theater, which, for all the good it does, has been designated a New York City landmark. In the photo in the 2010 designation report, those missing windows were
