State Senate Coalition Blocks "Boss Bill"

According to an email blast from Manhattan State Senator Liz Krueger, new legislation (A. 8769A / S. 6578B) that she co-sponsored with State Senator Ellen Jaffee would counteract the U.S. Supreme Court's anti-birth control decision in the Hobby Lobby case by banning employers in New York State from discriminating against their employees based on their reproductive healthcare choices.
