To watch the video of Eric Garner's last moments, after NYPD cops had choked him down and cuffed him for selling loosies on a Staten Island street, is to be sickened by their indifference to his humanity.



But Republican/Conservative State Senator Marty Golden, interviewed by Capital New York today, implied that Garner himself, and the EMTs who did nothing at the scene, and not the cops,
