The Moreland Commission's Posthumous Gift

Koch-era appointee to the New York City Tax Commission Arthur Goldberg is one of the two principals in the lower Manhattan law firm of Goldberg and Iryami.
Since 2001, according to the New York Times, Goldberg and his firm have given Speaker Sheldon Silver, the 20-year ruler of the State Assembly, a total of $7,600, most recently, $1,800 in February, 2014.
