Gentile's Illegal Conversion Bills

In an interview this week with CityLand, City Council Member Vinnie Gentile discussed two bills he has pending before the Council that would make it easier for the city to penalize developers who illegally subdivide single and two-family homes to create multiple dwelling units or single-room occupancy (SRO) facilities.
