Golden Bill Would Enable Access to Decedents' Online Accounts

State Senator Marty Golden, who chairs the Senate's "Select Committee on Science, Technology, Incubation and Entrepreneurship", has introduced a bill, S. 6176, that would enable an executor to access a decedent's Internet accounts, including email and online bill-pay.
