Bay Ridge Cat on Death Row

According to an email blast today From Neighborhood Cats, someone brought the spayed, ear-tipped feral cat in the photo at right to Brooklyn Animal Care and Control, where she is now on death row.
The cat, about five years old, was taken from between 3rd Avenue and Ridge Blvd. No cross street given.
