Li-Lac Chocolates Targeted by UPROSE

When ninety-one-year-old Li-Lac, Manhattan's oldest chocolatier, found itself priced out of manufacturing space in Manhattan, it moved to Sunset Park. The move was at least partly motivated by the fact that Master Chocolatier Anwar Khoder, a longtime Bay Ridge resident, would have a shorter commute.
