"Gentrification Bingo" Arrives in Southwest Brooklyn

Brooklyn Magazine reports, based on new figures from Massey Knakal Real Estate, that with Crown Heights, Bushwick and Williamsburg having fallen to gentrification, southwest Brooklyn is its new target.
Building sales in Sunset Park, Bensonhurst and Bay Ridge have risen by 57% percent, according to M-K. And even with north Brooklyn real estate still red hot, southwest Brooklyn accounted for 25%
