Bay Ridge Tops Brooklyn in Rent Increases

According to AMNY, a new report from real estate firm MNS showed average monthly rent increases in Bay Ridge topping every other Brooklyn neighborhood last month.
Bay Ridge saw a 9.4% spike in average rents for studios and one-bedroom apartments in October compared to the same month last year. An average studio in Bay Ridge rented for $1,389 last month, compared to $1,157 just a year ago.
