Consumer Reports Rates the Affordable Care Act

According to Consumer Reports, "Obamacare" (The Affordable Care Act) for which the second annual enrollment period opened today, has been a godsend for the neediest Americans, but for higher-income families, not so much.
The White House reports that more than 100,000 people applied for healthcare coverage on the first day of the second enrollment period, with few complaints about the website -
