Vito, Shelly in Federal Court Settlement Talks

Magistrate Judge Michael Dolinger barred the New York Post from settlement talks this week involving ex-State Assembly Member Vito Lopez and Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver in a lawsuit brought by two former Lopez staffers who claim that Lopez groped them and Silver covered it up.
