Bridging New York City's Digital Divide

Broadband Internet access, called "the fourth utility" of our age, is now as central to our lives as electricity, gas and water. Yet, as reported by the Daily News and a new study by NYC Comptroller Scott Stringer, tens of millions of New Yorkers still have no high-speed Internet access.
