R Train Returns to Full Service Monday Morning

In an email blast yesterday, City Council Member Vinnie Gentile confirmed that, after being closed for 13 months for repairs, the Montague Tunnel will reopen -- two weeks ahead of schedule -- this weekend.
Service to Manhattan will resume starting Sunday night with the N train, followed by the resumption of R train service on Monday morning.
