Demolition: 95th Street and Fourth Avenue

According to signage that appeared at the site this week, the two-story tan brick building at 401 95th Street (corner of 95th Street and 4th Avenue) in Fort Hamilton, owned by "J and J Property Management Group, LLC", will be demolished for a project to be completed in the summer of 2015.
The general contractor is Total Structure Management at 718-709-8400.
Originally built as a convent,
