Blue and Black: Not Your Pappy's Barbershop

For starters, master barber Anthony DeAngelis' and retailer Keith Krystofolsky's Blue and Black, open Wednesday through Monday at 488 Court Street between 4th Place and Luquer Street in South Brookyn, is a barbershop and men's apothecary that welcomes walk-ins. But it offers residents of Carroll Gardens, Gowanus, Red Hook and beyond a lot more than a haircut.
